This shows a lot of empathy and understanding.
People really ARE the same, regardless of socioeconomic position.
We just want someplace comfortable to sit, and a table for our things, or to put our feet up.
I have a similar image someplace, but in a vacant lot and with much worse 'furniture'.
Good Work.

This is a tough time of year. There's no denying that winter is coming, and people without other options are moving back under the Bathurst Street bridge, a place where I've been going for two years now.

A lot of what I photograph is transitory; this photo was taken three days ago and already the tires have been scattered and this scene is gone.

Cool Shot!!!!!!

How did you make the picture so BIG?

I have broken the links to hundreds and hundreds of photos, which will take a long time to repair. The workaround is to replace "photo.matthewpiers" in the link URL with "matthewpiers.smugmug". Awkward, but only temporary.

This is happening because I have revamped matthewpiers dot com. More of what I write and photograph will be going there, so check it out as well.
