Picket Fence

We spent a pleasant afternoon in Venice Beach while we were in California.

Visually Venice is perfect for me: while some people prefer its curves and soft shapes,
I'm happiest photographing straight lines and hard contrasts.

I have broken the links to hundreds and hundreds of photos, which will take a long time to repair. The workaround is to replace "photo.matthewpiers" in the link URL with "matthewpiers.smugmug". Awkward, but only temporary.
